International Fund for Fishing Safety secures $400,000 to expand into seven new regions

The Oak Foundation has awarded $400,000 to the International Fund for Fishing Safety (IFFS) to provide health and safety training for fishers in seven countries, including the Philippines, Ghana, and South Korea. Fishing remains one of the world’s most dangerous professions, with over 30,000 deaths annually.
