The Seafarers’ Charity has been supporting seafarers since 1917. With no statutory fundraising, we rely on supporters, donors, fundraisers and volunteers to be able to carry on providing the long-term aid that each year gives hope and help to thousands of people in need.
There are many ways to get involved and raise vital funds for seafarers and their families in need. We have a wide range of challenge events that you can participate in or you can also organise your own fundraising event at home or at work.

How your fundraising will help
Thanks to our fundraisers, donors and partners, in 2022, we were able to provide funding totalling £3.1m to 61 organisations that make a difference to thousands of seafarers in need and their families.
