‘There is a great atmosphere in the teams and at YHA Ambleside, the magnificent scenery, the changing and challenging conditions and the fact that it is supporting a great charitable cause.’
Asbjorn Kops, Maersk

The Teams

Each team consists of at least four walkers and one driver, who will be responsible for transporting your team to and from basecamp.

Expertise & Safety

This year, we are again partnering with Run2Events who between them have over 30 years of collective experience creating, delivering and planning a huge range of exceptional and successful events across the UK and abroad. The teams' safety is of the upmost importance which is why experienced hill safety staff will be in radio contact and close by along the route.

About Basecamp

The YHA Ambleside sits on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. It offers a range of budget accommodation and a café serving local food. After being refurbished, the property now boasts newly decorated rooms, a new restaurant and a decked terrace with lake views.

Individual registration fee: £150 (early bird offer: £135 until the end of February!)

Individual fundraising target: £750

The driver of each team has to pay the registration fee, but no fundraising is required.

‘A huge thanks from Team Spinlock. Our main goal was to start and finish together, supporting each other through the highs and lows to finish the 24 Peaks route. The whole process has certainly brought our company closer together, and I’m sure more employees will partake in the future as we have proved it can be done.’
