24 Peaks 2022

The Seafarers’ Charity is excited to announce the return of our much-loved flagship event, the 24 Peaks Challenge 2022.

2 days. 33 miles. 13,000 ft ascent.

Raising vital funds to support The Seafarers’ Charity – helping those who work at sea and their families.

Basecamp: YHA Ambleside, Lake District

‘A huge thanks from Team Spinlock. Our main goal was to start and finish together, supporting each other through the highs and lows to finish the 24 Peaks route. The whole process has certainly brought our company closer together, and I’m sure more employees will partake in the future as we have proved it can be done.’
Team Spinlock

Your Team

A team consists of at least 4 walkers and 1 driver, who will be responsible for transporting your team to and from basecamp

Can we do it?

The simple answer is yes! You do not need to be a seasoned mountaineer to achieve 10-14 hours of hiking each day. But you do need a good base-level fitness and a commitment to training before the event. You will be fully supported by our Events Team who will provide you will all the information you need to take part from essential kit lists, mountain safety and training tips.

Expertise & Safety

In 2022, we are partnering with Run2Events who between them have over 30 years of collective experience creating, delivering and planning a huge range of exceptional and successful events across the UK and abroad. Your team’s safety is of the upmost importance which is why experienced mountain leaders and members of the local mountain rescue team will be in radio contact and close by along the route.

How much does it cost?

Registration Fee: £500 per team of up to 5 people including one driver.

There is a £100 supplement for each additional team member.

We can accommodate teams of more than 7 so for teams of 8 or more, please contact us.

Fundraising Pledge: £4,000 per team
